INTRODUCTION:-
Institute of Language Management (P) Ltd., is a Bangalore based ISO Certified 9001:2008 organization, which focuses on developing language skills in individuals, with special emphasis on Communicative English. Incorporated in the year 2000, today I.L.M has emerged as the pioneer English training institute in India in the field of promoting communication skills in English among school children & colleges. Today I.L.M has a strong presence in 6 states viz., Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh.
The contribution of ILM towards the cause of empowering school students in the area of communication skills in English has been acknowledged and appreciated by innumerable schools / colleges. I.L.M is headed by two Directors - Mrs. Ronila Kalro and Mr. Sanjay Subramanya T.Ms. Ronila Kalro is the Academic Director of ILM (P) Ltd., She has vast experience in English language teaching and course content development and has successfully undergone a training programme held by Cambridge University. Mrs. Kalro has also been the local secretary for university of Cambridge for 5 years. Currently she is the Operational Head of ILM-Scottish Qualifications Authority’s project in India. She has given lectures and talks at various conferences and has understood the requirements of individuals in enhancing their communication skills in English.
Our College Vs ILM
ILM Bangalore faculties were interacted with UG I year students daily by having small conversations in English when they arrive at and leave College in the mornings and afternoons. This exposed the students to English speaking, understanding and improves the fluency in English. Also they motivated the student to exhibit their talents and knowledge by ILM’s Trees soft skill on the day of National science day 28th February 2016.
ILM Bangalore conducted a special ILM- SQA exam along with SQA (Scottish Qualification Association) for the students. The certificate has been given for the successful candidates which will be more useful when they go for interviews. All these are being done for the betterment of the students to make them have a bright future.
